Miranda Cosgrove to be Neutrogena Girl

The 16-year-old recording artist and star of Nickelodeon’s iCarly has signed on as the beauty giant’s newest Brand Ambassador. “My friends and I have always loved the Neutrogena brand and their ability to help inspire confidence.
